Abel Isah, a cadet with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s Sokoto Zonal Command, was assassinated by more senior officers for refusing to approve incomplete evidence that had been given to him.
According to information obtained, two of Isah’s superior policemen severely beat him because he refused to participate in the illegality.
Sadly, Isah’s superiors later beat him to death; he was from the Plateau State.
“In Sokoto, the EFCC cadet was slain. The source claimed that the cadet was killed by his superiors at the zonal headquarters after he refused to approve of incomplete artifacts that were given to him.
Isah will be laid to rest on Saturday, SaharaReporters have been informed.
When SaharaReporters called the spokesperson for the anti-graft agency, Wilson Uwajaren, he promised to find out about the incident and get back to our correspondent.
However, he had yet to do so as at the time of filing this report.
